I moved out of a storage unit located next door to Storage Post when they didn't offer me a good rate. Storage Post had a great deal and reasonable rates for the same size unit. Kendra helped me fill out the paperwork. She was courteous and answered all my questions. Héctor helped us out by showing us different units and lending a hand with the heavier boxes. The man deserves a raise. Overall, I'm happy to have switched to Storage Post.

I helped a friend move from one 5 x 5 storage unit to another. The one she was in was over $200 a month. This one was next-door for 75 a month with two months free. Price locked in for six months. About $55 up front. Processing etc. $355 over 6 month as opposed to about $1300. Kendra at the desk was kind and very easy to deal with. Make sure you go when Hector is there. High energy. Very accommodating. You can tell he likes what he does. He should get a raise. Let’s face it. It’s a concrete and metal box. Lot’s of choices around. I highly recommend this place because of the employees.

I was greeted by Kendra and Hector who were so pleasant to speak to, unlike people at all the other local storage facilities around. I originally came in looking for boxes to help my mother move into her new place and I asked them about information for a storage space. Not only did they give me information but they showed me a couple of the storage units, instead of being dismissive. This tiny bit of extra attention ultimately is what made me become a long term customer.
