I just want to commend the excellence service of Mr.Alex Oates he was very helpful in resolving my issues on Tuesday March 12, 2019. I would recommend this storage to anyone with no hesitation based on there excellence in customer service. If it wasn’t for Mr. Alex Oates I don’t kno what I would do, so I must say thanks for a tremendous customer service you offered to me I will forever be greatful. I went in to the facility yesterday to find a storage space and the customer service was great. A young lady named Nychelle showed me 3 units , she was patient with me and she made me feel like my items will be safe with them. I came in just to look and I’m now going in on Saturday to rent the space she showed me. Thank you so much. I highly recommend.
