The Jersey City location is one of the best ever. I’ve done business with Uhaul over 20 years and I have to admit the service has improved dramatically!!! I had some issues with my move, the staff and management went above and beyond to make things smoother. Thank you Alicia for taking care of me in the time of need!!!

The Jersey City location is one of the best ever. I’ve done business with Uhaul over 20 years and I have to admit the service has improved dramatically!!! My move and process of getting a unit was quick. I came in 5 mins before closing and they did a great job assisting me. After they had left, we had until 8pm to store everything away.
