Every now and then, one comes across someone whose customer service is way beyond the norm, one who, if I owned a business, I would try to hire immediately. I have several storage units at the River Road location, and Brandon had been one of those people who excel in every aspect of their work. Give that man a raise!! I was having trouble trying to locate the perfect storage unit with a good price. I went into this location and Brandon A. was very helpful. He was very educated on all of the things that they offered. He was very attentive to me and made sure i was comfortable. Not Pushy at all! He even offered me a water. Thanks again
