I highly recommend this place for all storage needs. The hours are great, as well as the location for my business. I had excellent customer service from an employee named Jessica. She was willing to work with me in making sure all my needs were met. I dont regret doing business with Storage Post Self Storage.

I have the pleasure of renting at this facility and am truly impressed with the customer service that I've received to date. Jessica has gone above and beyond to help me find the right storage units (I was on a time crunch and needed a few units ASAP). Since then, I've recommended everyone in my family to store their things at this particular location. The facility is huge and has a loading dock in the back. Access is spot on at 6AM, which was amazing during my move. I'm not sure what else you can ask for in a storage facility. Clean units, amazing customer service, and easily accessible in the early morning and late evenings. Excellent experience! I was by myself unloading a unit most of the afternoon. The space is clean and easy to navigate. Jessica Santos & Carlos Vega were very helpful and kind through out the day. Thank you both!

Jessica has been a pleasure to work with. Friendly customer service and has gone above and beyond in helping us. Facility is clean and very convenient.

Carlos is fantastic. And Lori at the call center who made my reservation was also very kind and helpful. Clean facility, nice employees, good carts, the lock was only $9. Definitely recommended.

Everyone was beyond courteous making sure I found exactly what I needed. It was also very quick to get all of the paperwork together. Everyone who needs a storage spot should get it at storage post.

Went in today for the first time and Carlos who was at the front desk was very helpful! Not only did we have a great conversation but he made the process easy, comfortable and friendly! He showed me my unit, got me a cart, gave me all the info I needed and sent me on my way! Was in an out quickly and I left with a smile. Definitely would recommend this place,if not for the storage space, for the great staff experience!
