I reserved my space with Portia. She was fabulous from the start. Answered all of my questions and got me going. When I arrived to the facility on East 10th Street, I was greeted by Stan. Checking in with him was super easy and he explained everything thoroughly. I was escorted to my unit by Ghandi. He was friendly and kind. He explained hours and elevators to me and answered all of my questions. Everyone I worked with today to reserve my unit was professional and very friendly. They made the process so seamless. THANK YOU!

Super Nice Facility. Stan Explains Everything. Was a mandatory $11/month protection fee which increases the monthly rental. Closes early. Overall, worth it. I'm happy to be with nice customers, staff and clean like new storage facility.

I am not ashamed of being wrong. I responded to an increase without having a conversation with the company. Not realizing that they have been trying to reach me. In my haste I posted a distasteful comment. I apologize for not speaking with management first. Now that I have connected with management, they have been very kind, respectful and workable people.
