Melanie was great. She was very sweet and helpful. She answered all my questions and whatever I was confused on, she explained it again in full detail. She showed us the unit before we purchased it and explained everything on the contract thoroughly. The location is a little weird but inside is very clean and neat. Great prices

I’ve had a wonderful experience thus far! Gloria is an example of great customer service ...I want to say, my experience was outstanding, I was attended to quickly and professionally. The young lady did not hesitate to give me all the information I needed to make an informed decision..she made me feel like this is the place for me to store my personal possessions. I’ve been a member since 2017 and I can honestly say I’ve had a wonderful experience thus far! Gloria is wonderful as is the rest of the staff!! They are just great and trustworthy. Excellent service and great prices! My valuables are kept safe at all times. I have never had an inconvenience. Will highly recommend to anyone!!!
