Edilee is a great representative of this organization. She has great people skills and was extremely helpful to my needs and physically accommodated me in every way possible. Hey, My name is Roy I was very upset and frustrated that I lost my key and there was no one was available to cut my lock. But thanks to Edilee Gomez she assured me that she will make sure she executes the situation. Just two hours later I received a call back from storage post and it was Edilee stating anything was resolved. SHE IS AMAZING!!! thank you for your hospitality!

I just want to commend the excellence service of Mr.Alex Oates he was very helpful in resolving my issues on Tuesday March 12, 2019. I would recommend this storage to anyone with no hesitation based on there excellence in customer service. If it wasn’t for Mr. Alex Oates I don’t kno what I would do, so I must say thanks for a tremendous customer service you offered to me I will forever be greatful.
