My experience was mostly great. My only complaint is that there aren't any ramps in the place, which made it difficult to maneuver dollies and hand trucks. Thst makes no sense!!

Clean, secure and well-lit. I appreciate the 24 hour access and reasonable pricing. I would have given five stars, but there's one problem: there aren't enough ramps! I shouldn't have to lift wheels over a curb. That's my only complaint. I notice that there are units labled as "accessible". If I'm able-bodied and struggling over the curbs, what is a person in a wheelchair or using a walker supposed to do? Please install ramps.

Clean, well lit units. Personnel are the BEST! I had several units at this location over the past 10 years. The staff always accommodating, concern and willing to help with any situation within their power. Shout Out to India!! Val, don't let her get away. Great storage area! Temp controlled and very affordable. Only problem is it's off of a VERY busy highway & intersection, so getting an Uber or Lift there is very frustrating. But the place is clean, and grounds are well kept. PLUS there's a 24/7 Conveiniene eatery right next to it for those late night Storage Locker Raid needs. Storage Post is open 24/7 but office hours are only until 6pm.

This place is very clean and appealing to the eyes. I was going through a hard time and the staff there, Hi Kayla, were very professional and made me feel at home. I would recommend everyone to store their belongings here. The attitudes and body language exemplified by you guys is what customer service is about. Sooo a very very special thank you to you all for helping me transition during a bad time in my life. You guys are awesome!!
