What forms of payment are available?

You can pay your bill by cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or money order.

Can I get a discount or a better rate by signing up for a longer term (e.g. one year)? 

If you're looking on our website, you're already getting the best available rate for storage at ! We don't require a minimum stay, and the rate you're offered won't change for at least the first six months of occupancy! So, use our site to find the ideal storage unit to meet your needs, and rest easy knowing that you're getting the best available price.

Do I need to take insurance, or can I be self-insured?

Our Occupancy Agreement requires that you maintain a policy of insurance for your stored goods. You may satisfy this requirement by participating in our Tenant Elite Protection Plan, which provides peace of mind knowing that the value of your items is covered in the event of Fire, Theft, Smoke, Wind Storm Damage, or Roof Leak. If you choose not to participate in our plan, you must provide proof of insurance for your goods.
